Easter Sunday

We had such a nice Easter weekend. It was just a long 2 days. We went to the library and saw the Easter Bunny. Then we went down to Belding Hill (in Grass Valley), and had a Easter Egg Hunt and a Scavenger Hunt on Saturday. It was a lot of fun. It was great to have a nice warm day. I always forget how much warmer it is down there. I love the Spring and the Fall. But the summer is way to hot there. Bugs cousins would always lie to him and tell him it 80 degrees, and then when we got there it was more like 100. But they know he hates the heat and he wouldn't come down if he knew it was 100. On Sunday we went to Nanas and Papas and did the string game. It was a lot of fun. Nanas had some fun gifts at the end of the strings. Then off to the Sienna for brunch. The food was really good. That place was packed. Then we went to Mindys and another Easter Egg hunt and a Pinata. It was fun the change things up a little, with the Pinata. We haven't gotten a picture of all 3 girls in so long. We have been trying to take all 6 kids (Abbi, Michaela, Leah, Sam, Thomas and Brett). In for professional pictures but it just hasen't worked out yet. Hopefully soon.

The Easter was so nice to stop by the Verdi Library on Saturday. Abbi was the first one to sit on his lap. I thought she would be scared, but she went right up him.

I love this kit Jenn bought. It was really easy to do with Abbi and I think they are so cute. Maybe I just like Bugs!! Ha ha ha

The Egg Monster

Here is the little man in his manly pink chair. I thought Bug wouldn't like this chair because it was pink. But Thomas sits up so well in it, he didn't seem to mind.

I decided it would be fun to decorate eggs with the kids. We made so many eggs and Bug don't even like eggs. So I'm pawning them off on my Mom and Dad. Lol. But after a nice evening of decorating, Abbi wakes up at 4:30 a.m. to tell me that theres a Egg Man in her room and she is scared. So she gets in bed with us and goes back to sleep. In the morning, she tells me there was a Egg Monster in her room and he was growling at her. So I told her that Daddy took him to work with him and threw him away in the dumpster. So all day yesterday she talked about how the Egg Monster is nice now and he is her friend. I love her imagination. So at least we took a bad thing like a nightmare and she got a new friend out of it.

4 months

This is how I try and get the laundry folded. Stick both kids on the bed with me and wish for the best. I thought they looked so cute laying with eachother.

I think this picture is so cute. I still can't believe he is already 4 months. Time goes by way to fast. He loves to go into his excer-socer and I love all those beautiful smiles my day is filled with.

Update on the Flu

Tom is finally out of the Hospital after a week. Tom was sent home on oxygen and has an appointment in a week. When I talked to him today he didn't sound to good and he said he was really weak. Hopefully he will start to feel better soon.

Unfortunately Sharon has the flu now and she is feeling like poo-poo. But Sharon is not the only one. Mindy, Leah and Sam also have the flu. So stay away from the Ragan's for awhile. (LOL)

Bug ,Abbi, Thomas, and I brought Sharon dinner last Wednesday night, the night before she got the flu. I'm hoping none of us get it. I'm thinking that if we make it through tomorrow, we should be in the clear.

My Little Man

Thomas is sick for the first time and it has not been very much fun. We have had a couple of very long nights. He has had a temperature since Monday. But to my surprise his bottom left tooth popped through and you can see the right one. Hopefully after that tooth pops through he will feel better. I wish I could take his pain away and make it my pain.

This week has not been the best for Health in our family. Bug's Dad Tom is in the Hospital. He has Influenza B and the Pheumonia. He has been on oxygen and has a horrible cough. He has been there since Monday. Hopefully he will get out soon. But then has to worry about going home possibly giving it to Sharon.

The little man just woke up so I gotta fly. I'll update more about Tom when I know more.

Brett Michael Ragan

After a long day at the Hospital Jenn gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

20 inches

He is super cute he has blond hair and blue eyes. Last night I wasen't sure who he looked like. But after looking at this picture, I think he looks like Jenn.

Thomas was about the same size as Brett. (6lbs 11ozs. 18.5 inches) It's amazing how much they grow in 3 1/2 months. This picture really puts that into perpective.

A Day At Work

Last Friday Rachel, Mindy and I loaded all 5 kids into the car and drove 1 1/2 to South Shore to have lunch with our husbands. Amazing enough with 5 kids 2 and under without naps, they were all really good. It was nice to see what the boys do all day. They are working on a really big job. We are lucky if they are home by 7:00. So it has made for some really long days. And some grumpy husbands after drving so long and working so hard. The job is getting closer to being done. I can't wait for them to be working a little closer.
