I can't believe Abbi is turning 3 in 24 days. OH MY GOODNESS. Where has the last 3 years gone????

Sick Sick Sick

As I mentioned in another blog, my Sister and I went to the Bay Area. Somewhere along the way my kids caught the flu. I walked threw my Grandmas door on Saturday after my Seminar and Thomas got sick all over my Grandma. About an hour later Abbi got sick all over the floor. The kids threw up until Thursday night. Along the way they gave the flu to Bug, Bee and my Grandma. It is still a mystery if they gave it to 8 people at BBQ the following week. Then 5 days after they were sick for 5 days. They caught colds and now they both have runny noses and coughs. I just can't win right now. I took them to the doctor today and Thomas has croup. He is doing better tonight. They put him on steroids for 2 days which I'm not to crazy about. But if it will make him feel better then I guess I just have to trust the doctors. Now Bug is sick and I have a sore throat. So once again we are making a big circle. Hopefully when we wake up in the morning everyone will be feeling a lot better. Keep your fingers crossed!

The Carousel

I took the kids to Boomtown today so Abbi could ride a couple of rides.

This made a cute picture, but we didn't have any tokens. Oh well.

This is Alyssa, I babysate her for 2 days and Abbi had so much fun.

There's J.C. (Marty and Dirks) The only boy for a long time.
Jessica (Matt and Susans) is holding Thomas.
Isabell (Mindy and Rons) is in her car seat.
Then there is Leah (John and Rachels).
And Mera(Marty and Dirks) is holding Michaela (Mindy and Rons)

Stickers

My Sister I went to the Bay Area this weekend for a seminar. It's about a 3 hour drive. Abbi was playing with her sticker book in the back seats and I knew Thomas was asleep. Abbi was being a little to quiet. I asked Bee to look back there and take a look. She was laughing so hard she couldn't even tell me why she was laughing. This is Thomas covered in his sisters sticker. He never evn woke up. I think we have a cat, a pig, a cow and some dinosaur eggs. When your almost 3 year old is quiet for just a few minutes. You know it's trouble. (Bee your phone takes pretty good pictures).

The Crib

For the people who have been to my hooue, they know it is very small. So my kids share a room. The kids have been sleeping in the same room for about 4 months. I always kept the crib in the room, just because it was easier. Abbi is in a toddler bed and Thomas in the crib. I just put the bumpers back on the crib about a week ago. Because everytime I went in there to check on Thomas he had one of his limbs hanging out somewhere. A few nights later all of a sudden Abbi started to get into the crib with Thomas. It would make me so mad because she would wake him up EVERYTIME. So after about the 3rd night I sat her down and told her to tell me why she was getting in the crib with him. She told me she was just checking on him and because the bumpers where in the way and she could not see him. After that I felt bad for getting mad at her. It was my fault that she couldn't see him. What a good sister!
